The three Gothard sisters have been dancing, playing violin
and dolls, and creating together for as long as they can remember.
Greta, Willow and Solana were allowed time to
play as children because they were homeschooled by their parents.
All of this playtime and creativity has resulted
in this website and the stories and imagination found in its pages.
Read on for a little bit more about the Gothard
sisters.

Solana Rose Gothard
age 12
Solana started playing dolls when she was very young. She
recieved Josefina for Christmas, and soon joined in with her older sisters, who soon taught her "how to play dolls."
Solana
loves to play violin, Irish step-dance, play cards, sing Irish songs, listen to storytapes (especially Harry Potter), and
spend time with her friends, young and old.
Solana LOVES to play with Suzanne Wickon, and one of her favorite events
to put on is the Masked Ball every year.
Solana plays with: Suzanne, John and Polly Wickon, Francisca, Josefina, Rebecca, and Clara
Montoya, William Merriman, Peder Larson, Kaya Atonmy, Alison McCann, Celine Windmill, Elinor Wilson, KT Purr and Teresa Berg.

Willow Brooke Gothard
age 18
Willow was five years old on a Halloween night when the front
doorbell rang. It was the first trick-or-treater! She hurried to answer the door.
Standing there was a brand new Felicity
doll in a hula costume and mask, just waiting to be welcomed in. Willow soon joined in playing dolls with Greta, and they
have been playing ever since!
Willow plays the classical violin and is learning Irish fiddle. She also is an Open
Championship Irish dancer and loves working hard and competing in dance. When she is not dancing or playing, Willow spends
her time working on sewing projects and reading her favorite books. She loves doing doll hairstyles, and plays with Cristal
who owns the hair salon in Pleasantville.
Willow really enjoys playing with Cristal, who she thinks must be a cousin
of Yzma from "the Emperor's New Groove."
Willow plays with: Cristal Purr, Lavendar Fox, Alexandra and Mei-Mei
Chen, Megan Ryder, Lara Larson, Rebecca Parkington, Felicity, Nan and Rachel Merriman, Andres Montoya, Antonio Valasquez,
and Laura Windmill.

Lark Greta Gothard
age 20
When Greta was two years old, she woke up to find a brand new Kirsten
doll under the Christmas tree. Her early childhood was full of imaginative play involving all her dolls, stuffed animals
and elaborate settings to make things look "real."
Greta loves to play any kind of classical violin, be it solo
works, orchestral music, movie soundtracks or especially chamber music. She is also very involved in the Irish dance
world and is an Open championship level dancer. Besides playing dolls, Greta likes to poke around different computer
programs to find out how they work, read her favorite books (especially Harry Potter!), take drawing classes, sew, knit, and
spend time with her sisters and friends.
Greta really enjoys playing with Dolores Montoya, who is an inspiration
to the town of Pleasantville and is also a very practical hard worker. Perhaps she likes this character because
it's so unlike herself?

Paul Windmill, Samantha Parkington, Elizabeth Cole, Angelica and Sonja Romanakov, Suzanna Wilson, Vera Purr, Rose Hopkins,
Speaking Rain Atonmy, and Kirsten, Britta, Anna and Anders Larson.
