Using a dark red and a dark green, form first a large apple shape and then two small green balls.

On the underside of the apple, etch a cross with a toothpick.

Squish the balls flat so they form flat circles, then lengthen one side to form a leaf shape. 

Using a toothpick, draw a single line down the middle of the leaves.

Press the leaves on end-to-end over the apple shapes.

Bake in the oven on a cookie sheet covered with wax paper for 15 minutes at 215 degrees.  Remove and let cool before using.
