For garlic, all you need is a good knife, and off-white
sculpey III clay.
First make small balls of the clay, then form them into
gumball shapes like the picture. The bottom should be flat, with a curved top.
Using your fingers, work the top of the gumball up into
a little twist.
Starting first with the tip and then rolling down to the
blade, move your knife slightly sideways along the garlic to make grooves in the side.
Cook the clay garlics at 215 degrees for 15 minutes and
remove to cool before using.
