To make either limes and lemons, you will need a light green and a bright yellow sculpey III clay, as well as a toothpick for decorations.

Make the clay into a ball by rolling it under your palm or through your fingers.

Flatten one end against the table and mold the top into a gumdrop shape with your fingers.

On the flat underside, use your toothpick to draw an outer circle, then criss-crossing lines in a star to look like the inside of the lime or lemon.

Poke holes into the outside of the lime or lemon to make them look more realistic.

Bake your limes and lemons for 15 minutes in the oven at 215 degrees.

Use a cookie sheet lined with wax paper to keep the clay from sticking to the sheet.

Remove and cool before using!
