Name of Dress:  Rachel's Purple Work Gown
Made by:  Willow Gothard
Made for:  Rachel Merriman
Made with:  Purple corduroy, white cotton

This is one of Rachel's only work dresses, since she tends to like focusing more on her dinner dresses and ballgowns.

The dress is made out of sturdy purple corduroy that holds up well to Rachel's chores and lessons.

There is a stomacher sewn into the front of the dress to keep it stiff in front, and the neck is lined with gathered white cotton for a little bit of frill.

The sleeves are made first with gathered white cotton, and then covered with some gathered purple corduroy.

One end is longer, so they hang off Rachel's elbows as she works.
