This is one of Nan's dinner dresses that makes her have
to be very careful because it is very skinny and only fits her when she is wearing her corset. If she makes any abnormal
movements, the tight snaps in the back will sometimes pop open.
This makes Nan sit up very straight and still, even
if she doesn't want to.
There is a stomacher made of posterboard sewn into the front
of the bodice as well, to keep her sitting straight.
The sleeves are very pretty and tie up with a bright red
ribbon bow that comes from a section of ribbon lace around the sleeve hem.
